SHIPPING

All our shipments are FREE within the national territory (Spain).

Orders are delivered to your home within 24 to 72 hours after placing the order. Bearing in mind that all our pieces are handmade, we always try to send them the next day but sometimes we need more time for preparation.

If you do not receive your order within the first 15 days from the date of purchase, please send us an email to info@noroesteobradoiro.com with the subject “My order has not arrived” and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve it.

For sales outside the European Union, Ceuta and Melilla there may be customs duties arising from the import of the products into the country or region of destination. These costs must be paid by the consumer. As a general rule, unless it is specified on the product or there is a general promotion on shipping, shipping is free throughout Spain and internationally from 300 ? (not including own shipping costs).

Once the order has been processed and shipped, the delivery time will depend on the country to which it is made and will take place in working days within the days indicated in the table below.

The customer must indicate the address correctly, if he writes the address wrongly due to lack or omission of data and the package is not delivered, we will not be responsible for sending a new order nor will there be any right to a financial refund.

Note: Due to or the emergency situation caused by COVID19 some orders may be affected and the estimated delivery time may be longer than usual. We use International Postal Mail and due to the collapse of international air traffic caused by the different states of alarm in different countries and a reduction in air traffic, the duration of our shipments may be adversely affected. In any case, we will deliver each order even if it is delayed.
