RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return your purchases within 14 days of receiving your order and request a refund or exchange.
For exchanges and returns you must send us the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with no signs of use. Returns must be made by registered mail or any other system with a record of delivery (courier, etc.), the costs of the return are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the piece and checked its condition, we will proceed to reimburse the cost of the product (not the shipping costs) through the same payment system with which the purchase was made.
Once you have sent us an email to email@example.com requesting the return, we will give you the necessary instructions so that you can send it correctly to our facilities.
In the case of custom-made jewellery, no returns are accepted. Yes, in case of bad condition or imperfections that cannot be corrected.
The refund will only be for the value of the returned jewellery from which we will have to subtract our shipping costs and handling fees (whether or not they have been charged on the purchase), which amount to XX € per returned jewel.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You may cancel your order within three working days of placing it. In the event that you have already made the payment, you will be refunded by the same method in which you made the payment. To cancel an order you must contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order number to be cancelled.
